Consent to collection and use of personal information

1. Purposes

Soul In My House processes personal information to identify members, maintain sessions, provide and secure services, measure usage, and respond to support requests.

2. Information collected

• Required member and session identifiers
• When Google Drive is connected: an HMAC hash of the Drive account identifier, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and expiry

When you save My Recipes to the cloud, ingredients, menus, purchase costs, and settings are stored as an app-created file in your Google Drive rather than in the application database.

3. Retention

Drive tokens remain until expiry, revocation, or account deletion. The current connection lasts up to 7 days. The backup file may remain in your Drive until you delete it.

4. Choice

Google Drive connection is optional. Browser storage and file backup remain available without it.

5. External services

Google Drive uses the drive.file permission, managed separately from member login.

6. Rights and deletion

Connection tokens are deleted on account deletion. Drive backup files can be deleted directly in Google Drive.

7. Security

Identifiers are hashed and Drive tokens are encrypted separately.

8. Changes
